When starting patients on biologics it’s important to request and document appropriate Tb screening with skin testing and Chest X-rays.

We’ve created a handy form that you can give to patients to take to their primary care provider or health clinic to obtain the necessary Tb testing prior to starting that biologic. This form is used daily in many rheumatology clinics.
